BLACK PEN enforces these rules by requiring all registered professionals to uphold these standards while engaging on our platform.
BLACK PEN prohibits and does not support direct solicitation, advertising, or promotional claims that violate BCI guidelines. Professional profiles on this platform are intended solely for informational purposes to allow clients to make an informed decision when selecting a legal service provider.

User data, including personal information and case details, is securely stored and processed by BLACK PEN as per industry-standard security measures. However, BLACK PEN disclaims liability for any unauthorized access, breach, or misuse of data by third parties, including independent advocates or firms.

Despite our efforts, BLACK PEN does not guarantee or warrant the completeness, accuracy, or authenticity of the information provided by these professionals. BLACK PEN may facilitate appointment scheduling and payment processing as a convenience to users. All financial transactions conducted via BLACK PEN are processed through a secure payment gateway. BLACK PEN is not responsible for transaction terms or specific service fees determined by advocates, nor do we assume responsibility for any errors, refunds, or disputes related to payment processing. Clients are advised to understand all payment terms with advocates before finalizing any transaction.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, and functionality of the BLACK PEN app, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary features, are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials found on BLACK PEN is strictly prohibited. Users agree not to infringe upon BLACK PEN’s intellectual property rights or those of the professionals listed on the app.
